Robin is the wife of “The Finest Man Alive,” the mother of three amazing children, and Nana to a beautiful, kind young lady. Her son Kevin served two tours of combat duty in Iraq in 2004 and 2006. Having a piece of her heart overseas in harm’s way brought home what “service” means for the young people in battle, their families, friends, and caregivers. “I often think of Kevin’s brothers-in-arms who made the ultimate sacrifice, and of their mothers who lost everything during those dark days. But for the grace of God, I could so easily have been among them. It is in honor of them that I serve in whatever small way I can – and for Kevin who continues to humble me with his goodness, humility, and fortitude.”
Professionally, Robin is a PMP with an extensive background in all aspects of marketing, communications, operations and sales strategy. Her foundation was built in the production business in California as an account manager and line producer. During that time Robin became an expert at interpreting corporate vision and translating it into creative media for communication to customers and shareholders.
After many years in production, Robin joined Epson America where she worked in product marketing to build brand awareness and channel partnerships. While there, Robin applied her production experience to launch the first in-store video display for Epson. She also participated in the re-branding campaign that revolutionized ink packaging in consumer printing.
In 2004 Robin relocated to NC where she was hired by Nomaco to develop, market and launch a new brand for its toy division. Her negotiations with Wal-Mart headquarters resulted in product placement in the retailer’s prominent center aisle. Coming “home” to technology Robin then joined Integrian as Marketing Communications Manager. Her accomplishments there included branding through domestic and international acquisitions, building customer and reseller communication programs from the ground up, and executing profitable campaigns year over year.
Since 2010 Robin’s home has been Cisco, from Marketing & Operations to Sales Strategy & Enablement she has continued her exciting and varied career path, enjoying (almost!) every moment.
